2020 GT350R "improved" GT500 front suspension

I read that only the 2020 GT350R has the 2020 GT500 front suspension

Does anyone know exactly which parts which updated? (compared to 2019 GT350R or compared to non R)
Why are these parts "better" Are they lighter, stronger, more adjustable? or just different?
Does it make the 2020 GT350R faster on track compared to 2019 GT350R?

The only thing I know they have advertised is the 2020 GT350R will use the new steering knuckle from the GT500. It is supposed to reduce tramlining. I have read it does help with cornering on the track as well.

Honestly I don't think you will notice a difference on the track between the 2 unless you are a pro level driver.
