I have my brain set on ordering a GT500 next year, but this car has been screaming my name since I learned about it and I think it might be the better car to have long term. But, I don't do ADMs and I'm not keen on a car payment with uncertainty at work and everywhere. On the other hand, a GT350 HEP isn't going to be around to order next year.

Ugh.

I would go for it dude. I sold my 2020 GT500 to order a GT350R.

Since that car is optioned with leather seats, you may have many other cars to choose from if you want an MSRP deal. Anecdotally I think GT350 HEPs are easier to come by at sticker than the Rs.

I thought I would add some feedback to this thread. After recently trading in my 16 tech GT350 on a Raptor, I decided I missed the car and inquired about ordering a 2020 HEP from a local Vancouver dealer. The dealer knew I was not really happy with the truck and gave me a great deal on the 2020 HEP - however, that was short lived as the higher ups sourced out the build and another customer paid 10 over sticker for the car. I turned to this forum for help. After a very informative phone call with Harry, and all the hard work the Ben has put in, i was able to track down all 14 HEP cars coming to Canada. 4 of them are R models, 3 were customer orders, and the only dealer order wants a 30k ADM. I found only 1 HEP car to have a 2 following the item #, which i figure means it is a dealer order, and I was able to purchase that car.
1882 is now mine. The Raptor has been sold and there will be a GT350 in the garage again

I will post a image of my cheat sheet for any Canadians on here trying to source a car. Trackmymustang does not indicate the dealerships for Canada... you have to edit the PDF to find out where the car is heading. I hope this helps.

yes, I called Markville this morning, I wanted to make sure it was out of reach before I purchased a non-R HEP. I also inquired about the one heading to Sherwood Ford. I was informed that the buyer paid 'sticker' for the R. That good.

I was only checking out the HEP cars... as of yesterday 1875 was still available for +30 over sticker. The only other car I found in Canada that was a HEP and not spoken for already was the one I purchased. nefyre, may know more on the other 2020 'R' models. when i get a chance i will look into the cars you listed above.
