Hey guys recently installed the JLT intake and E85 tune package from PBD and the car has been experiencing a weird idle issue. It's completely fine at idle in neutral but when engaging the clutch in first from a stop occasionally the idle will start to bounce and dip below normal and unless i put the clutch back in it will stall. I've learned to replicate it by letting the clutch out a bit quicker while giving gas (had no issues with this when stock or on my past E85 Gen 2 coyote). Never had this issue before, captured it in a log and after a few changes it's "better" but not really I just learned to release the clutch very slow and kind of baby it so it doesn't happen.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

You can try the Ford idle relearn. Just do an internet search and you should get the info you need.

and kam reset.

Are you on a straight e85r tune or a flex tune?

Straight e85. Tested my fuel and came out to ~92% so fuel should be good. Might try to switch to a flex tune and see if that fixes it up.

Could it be related to the slight increase in idle speed when you depress the clutch pedal?
