Best of 4 runs, 11.475 at 125.94. 1/8th 7.525 at 100.69
DA ~800ft. Island Dragway Friday night test & tune.
Just could not hook. Tried the Nitto 555Rii2 down to about 20psi to no avail, just would do 1.90 60ft. Ran in S exact last run in D. I have drag mode tuned into S. The car was spinning on shifts some, at least up to the 3-4 shift, I think even the 4-5. In more like 40 degree weather on an unprepared closed course, I have somehow hooked and have a logged time more than 0.5 seconds faster from 100.69 to 125.94 mph. (starting from a 50mph roll)
On the other hand, the mph was great and validates my work.
Self-tuned by me with hp tuners.
About 150lbs weight savings - wheels/tires, Baer rotors, lithium battery. Me with a helmet is probably 170. Estimated race weight w/ driver: 3780lbs.
Suspension is not really intended for drag racing. Steeda lowering springs, their adjustalbe shocks. Most of their rear suspension links, differential through bolt and bushings.
Car is a no-option GT other than the trans. Came with a 3.15, put in a junkyard Ecoboost 3.55
My fuel tested about E71 and is tuned as such.
Power mods:
Kooks 1 7/8 Longtubes with cats
Magnaflow muffler/resonator 12469
Borla S-type
Ported intake and throttle body
Steeda closed box air intake
Velossa air snorkel
Tuned with hptuners
275-40-17 Nittos in back
18" street wheels/tires in front
QA1 Carbon Fiber driveshaft
LH only DSS 800hp axle
On the last slip I ran a supposedly stock hellcat. He only trapped +1.5mph to my best but hooked like a monster on MTs, thus 10.80s.
