People looking for deals on 2020 cars may have to wait until late spring early summer for the promotions and rebates to kick in.
This isn’t a Bullitt or GT350. Dealers will be discounting just like any other 2020 Mustang. The reaction over price is a little dramatic. I tested one today. Sticker was $43k which included the HPP, handling package, and 201a package. The dealer price is $39,700 before any dealing.
There's enough Bullitts left on the lots we should be able to start getting some deals on them. This isn’t a Bullitt or GT350. Dealers will be discounting just like any other 2020 Mustang.
they are already being advertised at about 5-8% off and they just showed up on lots within the past month. I haven't cross-checked to see if the discounts are being applied to HPP or just "legacy" cars. This isn’t a Bullitt or GT350. Dealers will be discounting just like any other 2020 Mustang.
Cars.com is showing 745. Pricing from just under $43k up to $112k (McQueen editions). Some dealers still think they are made of gold and either asking ADM or selling at MSRP.There's enough Bullitts left on the lots we should be able to start getting some deals on them.
I'd be more interested in them if they came with a couple cases of Bulleit rye.Cars.com is showing 745. Pricing from just under $43k up to $112k (McQueen editions). Some dealers still think they are made of gold and either asking ADM or selling at MSRP.
I love my GT/CS but it’s just an appearance package. I would expect the discounts to be the same as any other Mustang. Also they have two MY runs since they brought it back in 2007, (07-08, and 16/17), now 19/20.Huh, the California special package for the GT is back for 2020. And already being marked down.
Bourbon man myself.I'd be more interested in them if they came with a couple cases of Bulleit rye.
Maybe dealers will latch onto this as a gimmick - instead of shotguns + Bible with each sale, a selection of Bulleit with each Bullitt.I'd be more interested in them if they came with a couple cases of Bulleit rye.
I never test drove/driven a PP so perhaps I am missing out LOL.I would spend the extra $ on the HP. Why? Magneride, Torsen and better tyres.
I live in Central FL too...I drove a regular EB and mine with PP feels more planted, responsive and brakes better.
Magneride is really not required, but for cruising with the wife and long trips I’m sure it’s worth it.
Highly subjective and vastly based on preference.Imo a base mustang price difference isn’t worth it.

your money, your choice. But plenty of people don't see the value in grossly overpaying for some leather accents when you can buy actually good leather for much less. Not to mention some people positively hate leather or it's characteristics in certain climates.Premium or go home.
