There is plenty of room to make them fit but you will have to remove that elbow you added or bring it up higher. If I did it again I'd not use the 90 cast elbows but use a 45 bend and weld flanges to that, just like how the helliom sleeper kit is.
I may try that. I too noticed that with the hellion kit their adapter makes an immediate 45 degree bend to the flange

Mine are T4’s too...
Also good to know. I’m going to mess with it some more on Friday or Saturday. Hopefully it goes well. Still waiting on a s197 driver manifold though

Just picked up a set of these I’m going to try coming right off the manifold with these. I think that may work out

I don't think there is enough room to have the turbo mounted at that angle unless you are adding a 45 after where you cut the flange the welding that to it.

Yeah that’s the plan. A short 45 and a vband flange. We’ll see I’ll have to look at all when I get the car back on the rack

Made some good progress today. Basically had to re do everything I had done so far. I ended up using a threaded t4 flange for the driver side and the 90 degree vband adapter on the passenger side. The passenger side turbo sits 1/2 an inch below the frame, but it’s a dramatic improvement from what it was. I’m super pleased with how the driver side turned out.

Going to try to tackle the I/c and cold side piping next weekend. It’s going to be tight which ever way I route it , but I’m sure I’ll find room some where.

Congrats! Hella progress.
Every time I get under the car and look at the available space my head spins. Not a ton of room to work.
Thought about 4 small turbos each side. Lol, then put the car back on the ground.

Thanks. I’ve got a lot left to do. It’s been tough with having only weekends to work on it. Tomorrow I’m hoping to get the I/C plumbing done and hopefully Sunday I can get the exhaust done. That would leave me with the oil return system. And the fuel system upgrades. Probably still a few weeks out at this point.

Awesome! Love to see people taking the plunge and doing their own thing!!!!
My friends and I have experimented with the EBay turbos from Rev9, Speedaddy, etc and have found that they are just as good as the big name turbos “IF” you rebuild the internals with a quality rebuild kit from Garrett etc., the Tial fake wastegates will work as good as the real ones if you replace the diaphragm with a genuine Tial diaphragm and use real Tial springs. Some folks will give you shit about using ripped-off tech, but not everyone has deep pockets.
If you run into difficulty with the IC piping take a look at at “Silicone Intakes” website.

Didn’t make nearly as much progress as I had hoped for today. I spent a couple of hours further modifying the driver side manifold to allow clocking the compressor cover the way I wanted. After weighing my options for routing the I/C plumbing I decided to run individual charge pipes to the front of the car where I will merge the two into one before entering the passenger side of the intercooler. I plan on running the driver side charge pipe under the intercooler and then hopefully merging it with the passenger charge pipe before entering the I/C. Hopefully I’ll make a little more progress tomorrow though I think I’m going to be short on tubing. Anywho here’s some pics from today. As always question and comments are welcome.

Not a whole lot of progress today, but at least now I have a clear idea of how to route the I/C plumbing. My welds don’t look all that fantastic, but I am kind of proud of the piece I made to merge the two charge pipes.
