That thing is loud. Does procharger have different kits for quieter installs? I know vortech has their heritage kit that is pretty noisy. I’m thinking about one for next year but want the quietest centrifugal I can get. Vortech, Paxton or Procharger. Any advice for a stage one kit?

I have a P1X with helical cut gears. At idle there is the faintest sound from the head unit, just a very, very slight gear whine. You really have to listen to hear it at all.

I have the standard blow off valve and since it is muffled, it is silent, which I personally prefer.

I love the sleeper approach, looks stock, sounds stock, but it ain't.

My helical has more of a whistle then a whine. Everyone assumes turbo from the sound.

its a lot quieter with the hood closed. Heli gear will be a bit more quite too. I just like the whine

Hey man. totally forgot about this post. LOL. I did pulley down to a 3.55 and now have a 3pump full return style fuel system on E85.
It made 831/645. not bad for this little blower

Do you have oil pump and gears? I'm about to pulley down to 3.60 from 3.85. Currently making 628hp & 476tq on E85. PBD did the tune, but after tuning, requested that I pulley down even more to get 10lbs of boost for more power (currently at 8lb). I wasn't super happy with these numbers, but was excited that PBD immediately requested more boost for more power. I want to be in the 700hp neighborhood ,anything below is unacceptable IMO based on the mods. The car runs and pulls Flawlessly and very strong.

I do, dont know the actual size but they are ebay headers and no cats

if you are tuned correctly you will not scavenge boost. ebay headers work just as good as any name brand they just cost less

170 thermostat
Stock coolant tank and vibrant filter.
Its on a 2019 mustang gt,still on the car.
