Would this be plug and play then? I understand some additional hardware is necessary (steering wheel buttons, signal stock, etc.)

Yeah the additional hardware mentioned in the thread below would be needed and you may need some FORScan changes to configure some things like exhaust, etc. but it is plug and play in the sense that mileage, your IPC asbuilt values will be programmed and it will work in your Mustang when plugged in.

I can program the cluster to be auto/manual and either 160/180mph top speed
