2019 model, weight whirring/rattling sound from near dash board as driving?

has anyone experienced anything similar
im getting a soft whirring rattling sound which is quite constant and audible as i drive, when i go slower - i can't hear it?
its the kind of sound that you would expect to hear if a sunglasses is rattling in its case

i can't pinpoint it either.... turned off ac/put the car in quiet mode and turned off the stereo but the sound is still there...

any advice tips?

Shut off the ac/heater system there is an off button in the center stack.
See if that makes it go away.
