If I had to put a bike rack on my car, I’d make sure to talk to one of the reputable bike stores and find out wha rack is best and will reduce the likelihood of causing damage to my car. I just spoke to my daughter about this very thing a couple of days ago, after she put a cheap garage sale rack on her car and it scratched the paint. it’ll probably cost you $200-$300, but it’ll be money well spent to prevent damage to your car.

OP is looking for a hitch mounted rack, not one that attaches to the car itself.

OP, do you by chance live or work in Sarasota? I was walking my dog this morning around 11:45 or so and I saw this Bullitt parked on Central Ave., a couple of blocks north of Fruitville. It had the JJZ 109 plate on the front. It’s the first one I’ve seen since I’ve been down here.

Draw-Tite makes a quality trailer hitch. I just put one on our 2020 Ranger a month ago. Installation was a breeze. I see they also make one for the Mustang as well.

Some of my experience here. No bike, just a small trailer. It works without much issue. I’ve never written up install thoughts because lazy, but I remember it all.

Not me, I’m in Miami. There are 3 of us that have DHG Bullitts within a 10 mile radius down here. Pretty cool to see…OP, do you by chance live or work in Sarasota? I’d be afraid to go over 30mph for fear of suction cup failure. I’m sure they work very well, but I don’t think it’s for me.petronix

I have the Curt from e-trailer link above on my 2019 Bullitt. Works fine. Had to relocate exhaust harness brackets and beat the hitch on to frame with a BFH, not a big deal though. I pull my 5x8 open and enclosed trailers with light loads with problems. Don’t forget the light harness if using with a trailer.
