This is what Ford announced to be the options, so no.

    Parking Ticket?

Kind of Harsh! Why couldn’t they just use the Denver Boot? ECB76B3A-273C-4454-B5D0-28352D4EF35E.jpeg

It looks like a company that has changed or repaired a flat tire

Too bad it doesn't come with, oh I don't know, maybe a spare tire???

    Ford fail.

But they're just ignoring the same real world issues that any other manufacturer is ignoring.

There's no option from Ford on performance pack 1 Mustang GTs, so one is not likely for the Bullitt which uses the same brakes and wheel sizes.

    What Tony said.

And this is from a Boss 302 owner who first hand had a flat which the stupid compressor could not compensate for the hole in the sidewall. Bosses have the same no-spare issue as anything else with Brembos. Like the Brembos, hate the barely filled hole in the trunk.

You can still buy one as an accessory though.

If you have a flat front can't you just move a rear wheel to the front and put the spare on the rear?

I suppose you could, but the Bullitt has a staggered setup so you'd be running a 275 up front where there's usually a 255.

Well you'd be limping home anyway because of the space saver spare.

NOT a great idea with a Torsen rearend. The space saver space is of a much smaller diameter.

Correct - the Torsen differential is one of the reasons the fitment of a the proper wheel is crucial. I currently plan to buy one of these to have a spare that will fit in the wheel well but also be the proper diameter since the Bullitt will have the same tire/wheel and brake set up as the Brembo-equipped cars from '15 onward.
