I know there are many people who don't want to get headers because of the cost to hp gain ratio. I thought I'd share what I have done so far for people who are also interested in not making the exhaust super loud. There is no drone, and I'd describe loudness as perfect for living in the suburbs ( a nice balance of sound without the neighbors hating me)

The mods are listed in my signature. Note that the shop only revved to 7300 rpms. I marked what I thought would be the power levels, if they kept revving to 7500, and also where 700 wheel hp would land at. Overall I'm very happy with the car, it pulls like mad and the drive-ability is great, all on pump 93.

That's really good power with the 4". I'm thinking about putting one on mine to take it down on the street a bit...

My buddy ran sock catted to 7800 and made 655 so theres a restriction for sure vs yours , your car would’ve easily hit 600 if it was revved higher but honestly I love your setup at 7300

To me that’s perfect, Excellent results
Very impressive

Why are the HP and TQ numbers not crossing at 5250? I thought that dyno numbers should always cross at 5250?

He’s on a dynojet and I am on a mustang dyno.

I have debated a cat delete but I like that the car is quiet.

I have this set up on a stage 2 whipple. The mak delete was crazy loud so I put a tru x resonator (magnaflow) on the car and it sounds great. Not too loud and very deep. I do get some drone in track mode on the HWY.

Bigswollnasty,

Your results have sealed the deal for me. After many months of debating on which way I want to go with FI, I have decided to basically mirror your set-up. Around 680 RWHP is going to be plenty for me and how I drive.

I'll be ordering the Whipple in the next few months. Terry at Beefcake said tune it with an NGauge through Lund and I'll be happy.

The scale isn't the same for HP and Torque. Torque on the right tops out at 550 and HP on the left tops out at 700. If they were equal they would cross at 5252RPM
