Yes I agree on the chrome surround. I like that look on the OF cars personally.

Nothing would surprise me with Ford UK, however the improved fuel economy and drop in emissions point to the gen 3 and direct injection

Picked up a "hard" copy of this from ebay a couple of weeks back (yeah, I'm mad for paying for something that "should" be free......but getting one from a dealer is nigh on impossible!)

I noticed this also. Laws about noise are very different from north america. So may be it will be illegal in sport or track mod.
