Unfortunately, no change. I resolved the slipped coupler and got it all back together just to hit 4 psi again.

Not a clue what the problem is now.. my checklist is complete..

I think I will order a cheap tried and true analog boost gauge and measure against the boost box.

The nonsense continues.
So I just finished installing my Lund/Omega Boost Box. I entered all the values off the website based on my unit's voltage with no line connected. Once configured the gauge is now only showing that I have 7.5" of vacuum when the dash is showing 15.5". I've gone over the steps to configure twice now with the same results. I'm wondering if these boost boxes are piles of crap? So, I've also ordered a cheap vac/boost gauge to test it the old fashioned way...UGG!

Not yet. I'm taking it easy until I get my injectors installed and my tune from Rob. Should be Monday or Tuesday I hope. I figure if it's that far off with vacuum, it's gonna be way off with boost.

Found 5 leaks, some no big deal. Tested at 20 psi.

2 from the vac block:

One from the intercooler inlet:

One at the map sensor:

..and a HUGE leak on the turn piping around the radiator, I could feel the air blowing. Too big to even blow bubbles.

I need to pull the bumper...again..to fix them.

When you say "turn piping" are you talking about the rubber hose going out of the intercooler, or the steel pipe before the throttle body coupler? I'm pulling my nose back off this weekend so I'd better double check mine while I'm in there.

Thanks for keeping us informed!

Very good with the plugs. The leak is after the second coupler. There's a coupler on the intercooler outlet then a bend pipe and another coupler. It's leaking on the outlet of that coupler. Even if you can idle with the nose off and spray soapy water, you should find the leaks if you want to try. I'm most interested in what you find out about the boost box. If I've been chasing my tail because of it, I may not be super happy.

Ok, just so I'm understanding. The big leak is just before the throttle body where the steel pipe meets the silicone TB coupling?
I'll let you know as soon as I figure out the boost box. Now my injectors aren't going to be here until Monday, so it will likely be next week. UGG!

Got it! Thanks! I'm surprised it steal leaked with the T-bolt clamps you installed. Did you try to tighten in more once you found the leak? I know you probably need to remove the de-gas tank to get to it.
