Procharger confirmed my pulley size at 4.38. Now to track down why I'm not seeing full boost.

Plan of attack:

- Inspect vac lines
- Reseal the vac fittings into the vac manifold
- Check belt tension
- Verify no slipped clamps and couplers
- Inspect the bypass valve which has been a topic of concern for many people
- Validate Omega Boost Box and Ngauge settings

...and go!

Did you figure out your low boost issue?
Not yet. Last weekend didn't go as planned so I didnt get to it. Hoping for Sunday this week. Saturday is already booked up.

You hooked me up with Rob Shoemaker. I still have the canned procharger tune. I will look to Rob for a custom tune once the headers show up and I install them, i put in the dw 95lb injectors, I pick and order a fuel system, and decide on the correct pulley size.

I'm trying to get it all right on the first tune, as much as possible you know?

Out of curiosity, why the need for the larger injectors on the 2018? I was told by Procharger that even with my Stage 2 setup making 8.5lbs of boost, the stock port injectors are only at like 25% duty cycle because the DI is doing the heavy lifting. Not sure if you are turning the boost way up beyond the capabilities of stock port injectors? Thanks much!

what is the boost issue? maybe there is something wrong with the head unit it self check! Rob is the man you will be very happy they have this 10r80 shift like an animal I've put 10 passes and 1000 miles so good so far.

Yes, upping the boost. Play it safe and make long term fuel decisions.

Procharger says with my setup I should net 6.5 - 8lbs, I only see 4lbs. Nothing wrong with head unit. It's one of the other things that I need to sort out. It could be as simple as the Boost Box programming even though i've triple verified.

awesome build, love seeing new cars boosted, i had most my "bolt ons" secured before i picked up the car. now deciding which FI route i wanna take. my last car was turbo, the one before that was rotrex SC. decisions decisions

I didn't find anything driving the low boost concern yet. I ordered a Tial Q BOV with supercharger spring. Once I get it, I'll pull off the front bumper and check there and change out the pro-low BPV for the Tial while I'm at it.
