Threads been pulling out of the new beadlock forgestar d5's. The f14 drags are great for the money, custom color will set you apart. I had em, worked great, sold em. I'm on welds now.
Getting thumbs up from Rob on the data logs to keep going. I dropped pullies and no adjustment to the tune. I'll drive a little harder and log a little longer to make sure things are good.
Sent Rob a log on 93 and got the final thumbs up. I'm done with 93 for now. Once this tank is over, I'll be pumping in e85. Rob sent over a revised e85 base tune with transbrake
I was hoping for more boost on the smaller pulley. I could probably go smaller as long as rpms check out.
Before I go to the track, I want axleshafts, wheels and tires. It's a 3+hour one way haul, I'm not going all that way to break on the burnout haha. There's a local guy selling a Steeda stop the hop enthusiast kit and diff bushing inserts. I'm more of a BMR shopper, but for the price, I may try these Steeda parts. Looking to pick it all up tmrw after work.
Steeda parts acquired: 555-5754 - Subframe Support Braces 555-4437 - Subframe Bushing Support System 555-4438 - Subframe Alignment Kit 555-4117 - Rear Lower Control Arm Spherical Bearings
555-4439 - Adjustable Urethane Differential Mount Bushing Insert System
Nice! if your doing non-beadlock wheels you should look into the VMS drag wheels, they clear the front 6 piston brembos and look quite nice. I'm rocking the rears on my car
Started tearing down the IRS on the Mustang. I sent Beefcake another message for a quote. The more I got into the tear down, the more I decided it was stupid to turn around and do it again to add springs and shocks etc. So if I can swing the additional parts now, I'll do it.
Asked for a quote on viking crusaders, drag springs, and rear shock mounts.
I think I'm going to delete the sway bars while I am in here.
