Just noticed the lower grill, still different from the upper grill (as the US version with ACC and engine pre-heating) and the top side of the central bumper (right above the license plate) in black plastic rather than painted in body color like ours!
Seems like the black plastic of the grill extending to cover the inner sides of the grill aperture..

Since 2018 EU models get ACC as standard, of course they use this lower grille. :D
Yes, I think this is basically what makes the grille look too big, since it covering the sides of the inserted grille, while 2015 had body color sides. The 18 overall has some strange design decisions that do not fit together, like only painting the upper grille in gloss black on GT Premiums / EU GTs, but the lower grille is always plastic. That's why the Bullitt grille Looks so much better with the glossy lower grille

Thanks for clarification, I haven't read too much about the new 2018 to avoid gettin upset realizing that they really did a rush to give europe a mustang in 2015 without being really prepared to do that.

Yeah, some member of mustang6.de were at the Ford plant in Cologne. The head of marketing basically confirmed indirectly that they didn't expect these sales and went for the cheapest way of bringing the car to europe. So there was no real conflict in making tribars or hood vents a thing for the 2015, they just didn't push it to make it available. :brokenheart:

Tribars are working on EU 2018 as DRLs, as seen in nearly every video since the China reveal of the export model

Saw the new Mustang at my local dealer. They had a racered fastback ecoboost as their first 2018 model. The car looks so much better than at the IAA, racered is a perfect color for the car.

I really love the interior upgrades. Base model now always comes with soft-touch materials, the new leather steering wheel finally feels like you expect from a modern car and the leathered center console and knee-pads feel nice too.

Digital gauges is really sharp and looks really cool. Still not sure if it really fits a Mustang

Looks awesome, but this isn't base model. It has the interior pack.

As soon as you choose the "premium packages" on german model you will get other wheels. PP1 = silver 10Y, PP2 = black 10Y and PP3+4 = new silver 5 spoke.

This is weird indeed. The wheels are standard EcoBoost, non-premium pack, but the red upholstery supposedly can only be had in combination with one of the 4 premium packs.
