An h-pipe or x-pipe will get you most of the way there for the least amount of money.

The resonators really dampen the pops and crackles.

Sounds like an X-pipe with absolutely no muffling. I'm unsure how their active works since it's the single-tipped of the 15-17 550s. But if you just have a plain '18 without active, an X will be the cheapest thing that'll get you close to that type of sound IMO on the cheap. '18 with the active and an X in track mode will probably be pretty close to that. American Muscle did an X with active mode you should check out.
