$1500 OBO $1300 OBO

Hello, I have a Mantic clutch that came off my 2018 GT. Has about 2500ish miles on it. Car went in for the trans fork around 7800 miles and had ford tech install this at the same time. Sold the car around 10.3-10.5k miles on it. car was never taken to a track. One day it was going to get a whipped or twins, then I got too good of a deal selling the car. As you can see from the pictures, the pucks on the disk don't even look like they fully broken in yet. Still a gold color on the edges. Mantic sticker still on there, the clutch has never been over heated and besides a hand full of launches on the street it’s not been driven hard. (I know plenty of ads say it, but I work from home it was sorta weekend car if that, 5-6k miles were easy trips back and forth to SoCal to visit parents. In 3 years 10k miles were put on the car)

willing to ship and work with the buyer, but I’m not trying to give this away, I don’t have a problem with it sitting on the shelf. It’s been there since April when I sold the car. Just now got to getting around to write a piece of paper with my name and forum name on it.

Willing to meet in the high desert of SoCal also on a weekend. Victorville area if buyer is in SoCal

Right lol, it was a great clutch I didn't have any issues with it, BUT I also under stand why people are not lining up to buy a used 1500$ clutch. I'm sure someone will want this eventually. Save $800+ or so. I think what I'm going to do is send it off to Mantic have Geoff Gerko go over it then maybe people will feel much more comfortable with it.

Thanks for the bump though lol

I am wondering how much was the cost to uninstall and reinstall the original clutch before selling your car? I am looking to buy a clutch if the price is right and the install price is decent. I haven't priced installs yet?

I did it myself lol, and only paid a hundred bucks when installed since they did it when the trans was out for the shift fork tsb. Did it on jack stands wasn’t that bad

What jack stands got your car up that high?? I just did my McLeod RST last month and it was a nightmare. Didn’t even have enough room to get the trans out from under the car.

Ran into multiple issues (Trans shifted on the Jack… see pic below) but it took me something like 21 hours. This was with the trans Jack bottomed out and Jack stands at max height.

These are the 6ton harbor freight jack stands. i cleaned up the casting where they had the recall and fine with them. maxed all the way up. no trans jack for me, just me and my son putting it up in there and taking it down. I worked on my car over the course of like 3-4 days, all the rear suspension, the clutch, headers, lowering springs, shifter, everything in my sig except the clutch pedal spring and LCA bushing, i didnt want to press that out lol

the car was about shoulder height as you can see in the picture, maybe a little lower. My fat ass was barely able to squeeze in there haha

Bump, price drop $1300 OBO. I'll work with the buyer on shipping also. Basically 1k off a new one. I had zero issues with this clutch.

Bump.

I spoke with the guys at mantic, I mic'd the pucks all are .298-.299 if I squeeze the calipers decently, just putting it on there I'm reading thicker than what he stated is new which is .300-.306. This is like a new clutch, I'll be making a video posting on YT of me mic'ing each puck on both discs. Those out there thinking of it, this is list 2285, im asking 1300+ shipping and ill even work on the shipping. I had no issues with this clutch. (trans is a different story) If you are part of or know the guys in Silver State Mustangs the ones that know me personally can attest zero issues with it.

Is this a 23 spline? I’m guessing so?
