I currently have a 2018 intake manfold with airaid intake tube and stock 2015 airbox.

Is there a benefit in getting the 2018 oem intake air box with tube ? Is it even worth it for me ?

I'm also assuming that I will need a retune

I have lund E85 tune as well.

The maf housing on the 18 intake is a lot larger than the 15 so yes you will need a retune. As far as if its worth it or not that depends. Any exhuast mods on the car? This will increase the gains of adding an 18 intake. If your exhaust is stock i wouldnt expect more than a 10 hp difference between the 2 intakes

That's all for exhaust.

Found a cheap 18 air box assembly on eBay.

If you can get it for cheap i would do it. Forgot you said e85 so may gain a bit more. I'm in the same boat as you actually switching from a 2015 airaid intake to the stock 18 intake with the 18 manifold and all the bolt ons.

Will it work with my airaid intake tube? Or I have to get a 2018 version of it?

You would need a new tube, or at least some kind of adapter/reducer coupler since the diameter of the 18 intake box is bigger. I wouldnt waste my money. The stock 18 tube will be fine.

@WildHorse is that the stock 18 intake tube with the accordion section cut out? It looks much cleaner.

No, that's a modified 112mm JLT elbow coupled the the stock 17 box with a K&N drop in filter. Initial data show's it likes it a lot more than the JLT CAI with the conical filter. Very clean air. PLus IAT's are just 3-5 degrees above ambient in most driving conditions.
