2018 GT 4 Piston Brake Banjo Bolts Failing

Has anyone had any issues with reinstalling their calipers? I've been trying to get everything back up and running but the banjo bolts holding the line to the caliper keep torsionally breaking. I got new ones too, but they are still twisting. Are the bolts supposed to be lubed? Keep in mind that this is nowhere near the torque spec.

I ended up lubing them and they went fine. Researching it, it seemed like a fairly common thing.
