Wheels and calipers look better than the real deal, but the gas cap looks dumb

Those are the same wheels that I have on my 16 Guard vert. I've been asked several times if it was a Bullitt (I guess people don't realize the Bullitt is not a convertible). Love the old school look of the AR wheels. Just wish there was a Mustang center cap that would fit them.

Found these pics on Petty's Garage Instagram page.

"2018 Mustang GT complete with basfrefinish Highland Green, Continental Tire rubber wrapped around 20" American Racing wheels, magnaflow exhaust, Petty's Garage cold air kit, and pleated black leather interior are just a few upgrades that help this car stand out from the rest."

And it's automatic. Just wanted to share. Wasn't sure if I should've posted this in the Bullitt section since it's not an official Bullitt.
I like this. The seats look great only I’d like to see red stitching. I know it’s not classic, but it would look better. Imo

^Same link already shared in post #5.

I don't mind the wheels on the Ford version. After seeing this one though, I think I'd like them better in a gray finish.

Does anyone know why the AR rims don't come in 19s? I really would like to get some torque thrusts but can't get them in 19s.

They removed the window molding and quarter windows. Could have installed Chrome trim at that time. Grill might have been more difficult to find a chrome solution without Bullitt parts.

It would be so easy and cheap to build your own Bullitt car.

Get it painted, Cervini grills, remove some badges, get the wheels, and that's all that's really needed.
It's not that easy. I've been looking for a while for wheels for my Mustang...Haven't found the right ones yet. The AR ones are the closest.

Also, removing the 5.0 badges isn't that easy either because of the little hole.

Clean......I'd rock it. Maybe the wheels in black though.

Black exhaust tips would be ideal.

Change the wheels and gas cap. Then remove the PG logo from the seats Nd you’d be on to something.

I think the Boss 338 is a better looking wheel if you are going for the look.

I like the Boss wheel. If I am fortunate to get a Bullitt, I would have fun swapping the Bullitt wheels with the Boss wheels. Just as people get used to seeing my Bullitt with the Boss wheels , I would switch back to the Bullitt wheels and vice versa.

And of course, there are no 19s for the boss wheels either... :frusty:
