Sorry if this topic was discussed before, but I need advice on a "realistic" track alignment for a 2017 GT350 (non R).

The supplement in the 2017 owners manual specifies -1.50 front camber for track days, but I was advised to use no less than -2.00 front camber for track use. But if I use -2.00 front camber, what should the other settings be? I noticed that the "2019" supplemental manual shows much more aggressive track settings, but will this work for my 2017 vehicle/suspension...?

I don't want to change "only" the Ford recommended track camber specs without knowing what the other settings should be too. Is there any difference between the 2017 and 2019 GT350 (non R) models? If not, why did they change the recommended track alignment specs?

Thanks in advance.

tires and spring rates and sway bars and damper tuning is all different.

what tire are you running? I personally like -3.2 front and -2.2 rear, and .1 toe in up front and .3 toe in rear. i'm not running cup 2's though...

also, you can add more front camber and use the same specs for everything else, ideally you set both ends so that tire temps are even across the contact patch. if you track a lot that will help lap times and tire life.

I don't run those, so someone else may have better recommendations, but the -2 ish front and -2 ish rear is a decent starting point IMO. toe would still be .1 in up front and .3 in in rear.

are you new to tracking?

I am using Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2, 295/35ZR19 front, 305/35ZR19 rear. Ford Performance versions (basically the ones that Tire Rack recommends), heat cycled.

Not new to track driving.

Im with jmn444. Start at -2 and go from there. A temp gauge would be a handy tool to adjust from there
