It's time again to look forward to the annual Tour d'Orange in Orange County! Last year we met in Aliso Viejo in the same location AVC&C meets. I don't think this year will be different. I'll post more information as I get it, but we had an excellent representation last year and I think we can do it again!

SoCalRunners MeetUp said:
The tour departs at 9:00 a.m. They do a 70 mile loop of Orange County including Laguna Beach, Laguna Canyon, South Orange County including El Toro Road and Santa Marguerite Parkway. We then proceed into the Orange County Canyons including Live Oak passing Cooks Corner and on to Santiago Canyon.

Is it even happening this year? Zero info on their FB and it is already the 26th. Aren't these typically scheduled months in advance?

Last year I didn't see anything official until a day or two before the event, so it may be a game time decision.

I'm expecting something official by Thursday. It's typically announced last minute.

Either way, it would conflict with the cruise up in Malibu, so there's that...

Count me in! Me and my buddy will be going. Haven't decided which S550 to use, red or silver.

Glacierbrew907, It was a lot of fun, the roads dried up nicely as the cruise got started and the sun came out. Several hundred cars, every make and model, so if you're a car guy it's a great event and I would highly recommend it if you've never done it.
