This is a pristine two-owner, Ford certified (transferable Ford ESP PremiumCare 7 year 100k extended warranty) 2017 Mustang GT Performance Pack ($3k factory option - see below) Mustang 5.0 V8 6-speed manual transmission with super low miles (25,600), a Ford Power Pack 2 added (by Ford ASE dealer mechanic), Katzkin leather seats and a handful of Steeda upgrades and other tasteful updates, along with a clear Texas title in my possession. I'd argue she is one of the most pristine examples of a 2017 Performance Pack GTs in the country.

See her / hear her run:

See a bunch of pix of the car and documentation: https://photos.google.com/album/AF1QipPWaL8WhMXdUkIrvpg8d6cPcwn2ikjTYyQrnAZZ

In December 2019, after looking for the right car for nearly a year, I purchased her from the original owner who babied/garaged her from day one the same way I would've. At the time the car was under its original 3/36 factory warranty, which I extended (see notes below). And unlike all the Mustang GTs I looked at for a year at the various DFW Ford dealerships and other sellers/services like Carvana, TrueCar etc. that came with zero story/history, this car came with a story and complete history! The organized/anal original owner handed me a folder full of original documentation from his purchase at Town East Ford (Dallas) and Ford maintenance receipts over his two-years of ownership. The history on this car is solid and all there, and will be handed to the buyer of this Mustang. The original owner truly took care of this car and treated it with great respect, which gave me added confidence to make the deal. However, please note the CarFax will show one incident (rear of the car). Please note the original owner told me a woman backed into the rear bumper cover (the Mustang had about 5k miles on it at the time), which made him livid. His original Ford dealership where he purchased the Mustang replaced the rear bumper cover and repainted it, with the woman's insurance covering the claim (thus, the reported incident). He said the dealer only had the car for less than a week to take care of the fix. I looked over this car with my ~30 years of classic Mustang restoration experience and could not even tell the car had been touched in the rear. She's pristine all over and in every way.

Since December 2019, I've only driven the car a little over 1k miles, keeping it under cloth cover in my enclosed garage. And this is the only reason I'm selling her....I don't ever drive it like I thought I would/should (I ride a motorcycle mostly when I need a fix for speed). Note that I'm in my early 50s and have owned/restored many vintage Mustangs in the past, so I know my way around cars. She starts, runs, accelerates, shifts, stops, cools, heats, corners and turns heads even better than she did originally. And 2017 is the very best and most reliable (longevity) of the Coyote 5.0 V8s, as is this Ford 6-speed transmission.

Maintenance: Only synthetic blend motor oil while under the original factory 3/36k warranty by the original owner per the maintenance schedule. Since I've owned the car in December, she's had two oil changes using Motorcraft filters and Pennzoil Premium 5w-30. I changed the oil last 11/6/2020, so she is good to go. I also installed Motorcraft wiper blades last month. I also replaced (bled out) the factory brake fluid when I changed the brake pads earlier this year. I typically do this every couple years on our daily drivers.

Factory options: The cool thing about this Mustang is it only came with two options from the factory:
  • Magnetic (gray) metallic paint
  • Performance Pack ($3,000 option): 6-speed manual transmission and "GT Performance Package includes unique front air splitter; strut-tower brace; larger radiator; upsized rear sway bar; heavy-duty front springs; unique chassis tuning; K-member brace; Brembo 6-piston front calipers; 19" x 9" front and 19" x 9.5" rear Ebony Black-painted aluminum wheels with 255/40R19 front and 275/40R19 rear summer only tires; unique electric power-assisted steering (EPAS), ABS and electronic stability control tuning; Engine Turn aluminum instrument panel trim; Gauge Pack (oil pressure and vacuum); spoiler delete; and 3.73:1 gear ratio with TORSEN® helical gear differential (n/a with Black Accent Package, California Special, or Interior & Wheel Package) (GT)". See page 6 and 19 in the factory brochure here: https://cdn.dealereprocess.org/cdn/brochures/ford/2017-mustang.pdf

Updates/upgrades:
Here are a list of the tasteful upgrades I made to the car earlier this winter/spring (~$5000). Note that outside the below, the car is completely original. The exhaust system is factory and on the quiet side. Note I have receipts for all and will provide to the buyer:
  • Ford ESP (extended service plan) PremiumCare transferable warranty for 7 years / 100k. This is worth its weight in gold and is Ford's top tier of extended warranty. I have a receipt from this spring where Grapevine Ford replaced the rear LH wheel bearing and hub -- zero cost with zero deductible. The next owner of this car is covered for four more years! I will provide the buyer with all information/receipts on this.
  • Ford Performance Pack 2 (M-9603-M8A) installed by Grapevine Ford, which warranties the kit and does not impact the Ford ESP extended warranty when installed by an ASE certified (and in this case, Ford dealership) mechanic. The kit includes: GT350 cold air intake with 87mm throttle body and exclusive intake adapter resulting in 21 horsepower and 24 lb-ft peak gains over stock and 40 lb-ft gain at 1500rpm -- https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-9603-M8A
  • Steeda Tri-Ax short-throw race shifter, which eliminated the terrible OEM sloppy shifting, missed shifts and shift lockouts, along with the very long throw of the original. This transformed the car into a whole new level of enjoyment. Great reviews here: https://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-...ce-short-throw-shifter-15-16-gt-555-7317.html Also installed the Steeda billet aluminum reverse lock out collar (sits between the shifter ball and shifter rubber boot), which is much stronger than the factory plastic collar. https://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-...out-collar-15-16-gt-ecoboost-v6-555-7080.html As part of this project, I also installed the Steeda clutch helper spring (attaches to the clutch pedal under the dash to the mounting bracket -- this helped transform the feel of the clutch to what it should've been... you can truly feel it engage and disengage the pressure plate now. Transformative update. https://www.steeda.com/steeda-555-7022-s550-clutch-spring
  • Steeda full length ultra light / ultra low profile jacking rails. This allows you to place a floor jack pretty much anywhere from just behind the front wheel to just in front of the rear wheel and jack up the entire side of the car. It also adds needed strength and rigidity to the chassis. These rails are very light and are not noticeable when you look under the car. https://www.steeda.com/steeda-555-5212-s550-low-profile-jacking-rails
  • Automotive Authority Ford Mustang GT Performance Pack spare tire kit (fits over the front factory Brembo brake calipers). Because the Ford factory Performance Pack cars came with Brembo calipers, Ford did not put a spare wheel and tire in the trunk (did not have a spare that would fit this setup). You only received an air pump... no jack, no wrench, and no spare tire/wheel. This company made a spare wheel and tire that fit in the factory trunk well in the Mustang. To me it was a no brainer... no way would have this car towed/potentially damaged if I were to have a flat. Now you won't either! https://www.automotiveauthorityllc....ang-gt-with-brembo-brakes?variant=35757212297
  • Katzkin front and rear seat, headrest and door panel black leather seat covers (come with a 3-year/36k warranty!). As this Mustang came originally with cloth interior, the first upgrade I made was adding this beautifully thick, supple leather seat covers over the original seat foams/frame. This leather is about 10x nicer than the original/premium leather seat covers and lasts for years, unlike the thin original Ford leather. Just beautiful. https://katzkin.com/ Also, when the interior was out, I covered the entire floor of the interior (under the carpeting) and trunk with sound deadener (stick on adhesive), which has done a great job of keeping the road noise down. You'll see this in the photo if the trunk (spare tire well).
  • Replaced the crappy original lug nuts with Gorilla lug nuts. The originals will get stuck on and you have to cut them off (there is a thin steel chrome outer sleeve that over times separates from the internal steel lug nut... bad news). https://www.steeda.com/gorilla-automotive-71643n-s550-chrome-14mm-lug-nut-set
  • Replaced the original/OEM Ford brake pads (very dusty) with Power Stop PWR-1792 and PWR-1793 dustless brake pads. The car stops on a DIME and does not dust and gum up the factory wheels. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/pwr-z26-1792

$30,000 firm. The car is located in north Texas (north DFW area). Serious parties may reach me at 71R code @ gmail. com. (remove the spaces and push the email address together). Happy to help facilitate the car being shipped. Note I live about 15 minutes north of DFW airport and can pick you up at the airport if you would like to see the car in person. Thanks much!
