Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Benbrook, TX 76126
We'll meet for breakfast at 9:30 and hit the road around 10:30-11:00. Please be fueled and ready to roll from Cracker Barrel.
From there, we'll hit I-20 west to TX-16 south. We'll stop for fuel at the Stripes station in Llano, and then head into Fredericksburg for the rest of the afternoon. We can eat dinner in Fredericksburg before heading into Kerrville for the night.

Saturday:
We can eat breakfast at the hotel (or elsewhere if preferred) at 9:00 am. We'll leave for the cruise around 10:00-10:30 am. We should finish the cruise around 3:00, and then we can find some other interesting things to do in the area (shopping, dining, photo ops, etc.)

Sleep in; go home
We can do this as a group, or go our separate ways.

It's time for the 2017 Hill Country cruise weekend. We had a blast last year, and it's time to do this trip again. Due to the amount of driving and the fact that several people would have preferred more time to enjoy some of the other things the Texas Hill Country has to offer, we're doing a full three-day weekend this year.
The rough plan is as follows:
Friday, March 17:
Meet for breakfast/brunch
Travel to Fredericksburg via TX-16
Enjoy dinner, friends, whatever in the area
Saturday, March 18:
Breakfast at the hotel or elsewhere
Cruise the Three Sisters
Enjoy Hill Country things
Sunday, March 19:
Return home to DFW
I have reserved 15 rooms at Inn of the Hills in Kerrville. Booking information is below. Group rates are valid through March 3, 2017, and the rooms are first come first served. The hotel will honor the group rate beyond the 15 rooms based on availability. I asked for an internet code for the group rate; I'll update the post if I get one.
When making individual reservations, please call Inn of the Hills Resort & Conference Center @ 800-292-5690 and request the Mustang 6G block to secure the negotiated group room rate. For any additional questions please contact the Mustang 6G coordinator or Inn of The Hills Sales Department at 830-895-6018.
