My dealer already has a '17 sitting on the showroom floor. And I see others are already getting theirs! Are they in not as much demand?
Of course it may be the sticker price of $70,665. I'm not sure if they're asking an ADM.

The supply of '17s is just as tight as for the '16s, and that price is definitely way above MSRP.

There are quite a few already delivered in my area and in stock. My dealer delivered their 2 2017's already about 3 weeks ago. 1 lightning blue and 1 avalanche. Both convenience packs.

I was also told the build ends this year on the Gt350 per dealer and chassis count on H is already at 1000 units. Their Avalanche was chassis 808 as I believe I was told?

I think it just seems like there are more available because 2017 has not been plagued with production delays.

Could be and the 2017's were in dealers by June. I am sure we may hear something soon on the gt500

I too believe they are trying to punch them out before they announce the GT500. They need to step up R production. Should be at 100+ but only 69. Only takes a day to punch out 40 though....

I was told that next week is a big week for the R's. Should see quite a few of them roll off the production line next week and head to the custom shop.

Hopefully the faster production pace doesnt end up in QA/QC issues such as the one where a guy got a rear tire on a front wheel

I agree. To add to that, Ford can do a lot better job on panel gaps. Just because the gap is "within acceptable spec" doesn't mean you should clear the car. What about checking to see if panel is crooked or gap is even? Where's the pride in workmanship? Sorry, done ranting.
