2017 GT Shaker Pro Subwoofer Amp wiring diagram

I am replacing the factory sub and amplifier on a Shaker Pro system with the 8” sub in the trunk. I read a previous thread where someone was doing something similar on a 2018 with the B&O system. This is the wiring diagram they showed for it identifying the input wire assignment. Would these be the same for the 2017 system ? I want to tap into the input wires that connect to the built in amplifier to pull off of it with rca adapters. I’m just changing the sub and amp for now.

Yes I did. I do believe we tapped into the the 2 wires VT-GN and GN-WH shown in the thread to a female RCA adapter. I bought a custom box for a 10” and put in a JL Audio 10W3V32 in it and a Rockford Fosgate R2-500X1 amp including remote. I bought the female rca adapter from Amazon. Since this build was just to enhance the existing Shaker system I didn’t go crazy with the amp. I’m very happy with the results especially control of the bass amp right by my emergency brake. This was my parts list.
