I came across a 2016 GT350 Track Pack car at a dealership in the S.E. that I am quite certain is an early built Pilot Production car as it was built on September 23, 2015 and has a chassis number of G0044.

The reason that I suggest that this was a pre production car is based on the VIN which ends in 520055 which is a series of VIN numbers set aside for pre production cars at Ford.

To the best of my knowledge this car was originally titled to the FMC only and has not been titled to anyone beyond that time.

The exterior is Competition Orange with no stripes or black roof and looks terrific IMO especially in contrast to the black wheels, tires, mirrors, bigger rear spoiler.

Mileage is 4683 and priced at $53,500.

Anyone interested please PM.

;)

Two R's and sights on a 500 makes this out of my comfort level. I wish ford was more informative about the 500 and the other cars coming. 3 350s just don't make sense.

An R for the track, an R for car shows/weekend, and a GT350 for a daily driver... I don't see an issue!! ;)

Tom, you work extremely hard and deserve another GT350 especially a PP Track Pack car.

I'll even try to help you get some extra documentation on this cool car!!

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

A PP has my interest, but it would not be a DD. One of the R's would have to go. Not gonna happen.. I'm working harder to enjoy a second R and stuff like this....

Gotta go, we have to do the muster drill. I'll check in later

Pretty funny for sure and certainly agree with all of your priorities!

As you know I have owned a number of PP cars and have enjoyed them a lot and just put ~200 miles on PP0002 this past weekend.

I don't usually drive them much in the heat of the summer but just had to get #2 out for some miles with my wife and had a great time.

Earlier this year I sold my 2012 Boss LS PP car for ~$76,000 and really miss that car and probably should not have sold it. I only put on about 1000 miles on it over numerous years but had a great time with it during those few miles.

This 2016 Track Pack Pilot Production car was built shortly after the 2015 cars so not much of a delay from the 2015 to 2016 cars.

Good luck on your new R coming up and I am looking forward to hearing soon on my 2018 R as well.

A year ago my wife and myself along with some other couples did pretty much the same stops and had a outstanding time.

Once you get North of the Border and have some time at one of the larger Canadian ports maybe check out pricing for these R models up there. It will make you appreciate what we all enjoy in America when it comes to pricing in spite of our ADM's.

Safe travels my friend!

That car is a good deal to those that can afford a second or third or fourth car.
