2016 Ford Mustang GT Base with Performance Pack
~64,050 miles, One owner, non-smoker, clean title in hand, 2 key fobs included
VIN: 1FA6P8CFXG5226165
$29,500 OBO
With life priorities and baby #2 on the way I have decided to get a 4 door vehicle, so unfortunately I have to let my beloved mustang go. I wish I had room for it.
This car is mechanically in perfect condition and never fails to put a smile on my face everytime I drive it. Shifts are crisp, the exhaust sounds amazing with the valves open (quiet with them closed) and the motor pulls just as hard and runs as smoothly as it did when I bought it new 6 years ago. This car has seen HPDE track time so it has a fair amount of rock chips, however it still shines up nicely and continues to turn heads everywhere I drive it.
All maintenance and custom modifications were fabricated by myself. I have an automotive technician education background, ~15 years of racing experience and am an engineer by trade so I put a lot of design/effort/care into how these custom systems are made and installed. Everything on the car is "functional", tested and of high quality.
I have removed all racing suspension from the car and re-installed most of the stock PP suspension. The suspension is either brand new or low mileage from a PP mustang. It literally drives like a brand new car off the lot. I decided to leave a lot of the custom modifications that really make this an outstanding and reliable track car. You can drive this car to the grocery store in style/comfort and at the same time, if you wanted to see what it can do on the race track... it will take everything you can throw at it. The cooling and aero modifications I have made are all purpose built and track tested over the past few years.
In preperation for sale, I gave the car a fresh alignment, replaced all fluids, put on brand NEW OEM wheels/tires/tpms, replaced the windshield and put on a fresh set of low dust street brake pads.
I will list all mods currently on the car and other items that will be included with the sale. I am more than happy to explain the car in detail, so please feel free to ask questions. I am completely transparent with the car and want the new owner to be happy with it!
