2015 top speed with 6sp manual and 3.31 gears

Assuming a stock engine and with the factory rev limiter and speed limiter my calculations put a 6sp manual with 3.31 gears and 27.7" tall 275/40R19 tires at 164mph at 6600RPM. Am I correct that the factory rev limiter is at 6800rpm and the factor speed limiter is at 164mph? I am assuming hitting the rev limiter and speed limiter cause different reactions. I have never hit the rev limiter but I have hit the 80mph speed limiter testing a valet/service key I programmed. It just stops accelerating with nothing cutting out or fluctuation in speed. I assume that when you hit the rev limiter there is some cutting out and fluctuation in rpm, what everyone always refers to as "bouncing off."

The rev limiter bounces, it's a pretty violent cut in power. The speed limiter just stops accelerating. 164 mph is about right.
