2015 Mustang Vibration/buzzing in rear windshield

My 2015 Ecoboost Mustang started this buzzing/vibrating from in the interior on any type of road. I’ve pulled all the interior quarter panels, c pillars & the back speakers but it’s not coming from any of those places. Was thinking it could be the back windshield but not sure.

Any suggestions on what it could be?

Check the rear deck carpet panel. I didn't notice it was rattling against the rear glass until I installed a subwoofer.
