Use better bolts like ARP and new OEM gaskets. You can't get a better seal than OEM and quality bolts are a must when you need to remove the headers again.

It's part of my job! But yes, new OEM gaskets and some quality header bolts are a must. Juggling tech and sale phone calls all day and replying on posts here i'm bound to miss-read something every-once in a blue moon.
