Got the car out of winter storage /washed and ready to go .
Brand new NItto 555r’s mounted on rears -
RPG built Motor - new 5.2 block / Manley platinum pistons /h tiff rods /GT 350 heads and Ford performance 5.2 cams -simply purrs and only has a few thousand miles still .

i will offer a Fonzie Novello (one or the best builders in country) freshly built 5.2 -long block with the car for $10K if I get the asking price

Next to my 18 getting ready to swap snow tires since spring is here .
305/45 18 NItto 555r are huge compared to the puny snow tires on the 18. now .
They ride real nice too on the street with the huge side wall .LOL

cobalt fuel gauge is being installed ... finally .. to match the boost gauge .
I have asked lund for a trans brake tune and hope to make an 8 sec pass soon
still for sale ....but $45K is a low as I will go .
Also picked up a fox body roller to swap In one of my 5.2 long blocks but buyer will still have several others too choose from (at discounted price ) if they want to keep a spare - I suggest always having one a these power levels )

hey is the charge pipe on the hellion kit all 1 piece? or is there 2 pieces to it? I have the same kit but my charge pipe was cut and is 2 pieces and i wanna make sure i can weld them into 1. thanks

Well . ... This must be a first but here goes !
Price increase due to market adjustment .
Back to $50K
I took a look back at all I have invested in the car ($ , time and tears ) to get it where it is now - running perfectly - and there is no way I can let her go for less .
I also got a Carvana offer for $34K if returned to stock .
Granted it would not be worthwhile (or ethical ) trying to swap in a stock engine / trans , but I have a low mile stock 6r80 (yes another spare) I bought to build (have the clutches /IS and billet planetary gears to swap) I could swap in .
I could easily get the difference from
selling what comes off - Hellion TT (BB 62’s with spare 55’s), Bassani cat back exhaust ,suspension(Viking crusaders and Koni struts ) , DSS axles Brakes (aerospace front and rear ), Triple pump fuel system and ID1300’s , custom gauges and N gauge , 2 step and trans brake one piece drive shaft...
and fully built 6r80 (clutches /intermediate shaft /Billet planetary ) circle D converter with may be a few thousand miles . — Trans alone would cost $6K from PBH .

The buyer would get an awesome /built 5.2 motor/ voodoo block /GT 350 heads (also with only a few thousand miles ) included for the price of regular used GT

I may be open to offers to swap a low mileage engine plus cash , if buyer pays for the swap.

I also got an offer from a local Ford who have been doing all my work lately to trade multiple cars (not sure how many yet ) and walk way with the title to a “slightly “ used GT 500- not even plated yet - with about 100 miles .

Depending on how many cars (offer price ) I need to trade and their asking for the GT 500, I may bite .
Been looking to trim the herd to one or two for a while so this maybe the perfect opportunity especially if I don’t have to include the GT 350(I would love to have both ).
The used car guy was given a ride and he seems blown away by how nice the interior and drives.
It is super smooth and quiet with almost zero NVH but it goes quickly from Dr Jekyll to Mr Hyde .
The other non GT 350
”5.2 ” was just cleaned as well up in preparation for the potential trade ... that one is Mt Hyde ALL the time ... sounds and looks the part and is probably just as fast . Limiting factor is me and the magnum XL at the strip but with a 6r80 would also be a high 8 sec car .
I might have to include the 18 GT /whipple in the deal but will see if I can swing it with just these 2 ... not quite done with it yet .
Still has the built 5.2/Gen 3 long block /10 rib and kooks long tubes on standby to swap .
Will see what happens but that’s the car I have least money in as it sits as still has stock motor (and would be easiest to return to stock ).
I will decide when I see the final offer/deal but it’s always going to be tough trading even two (2000 hp ) for one (760 hp )
I did take a test drive in the GT 500 and was pretty impressed . It’s fast (not as fast as any of the cars I would be trading) but it feels so good , nice and quiet and that DCT is the icing on the cake .

It is THE mustang I had been holding out for when I got impatient and bought they 18 (after I bought all the hype about the 10r80) - compared to the DCT the DCT it now feels absolutely likely trash .


If I do take the deal depending on how many cars I trade I will have a ton of “spare “ engines / transmissions for sale ... or I may start collecting Fox bodies to swap (the price of nice swapped ones are outrageous- seen several asking $45 k ) , flip and make a profit .

Engines will be available for sale only IF I sell /no longer have the cars they are designated to as spares .
if you buy the car and want a “spare “ engine you will have several options .. from long blocks , to short blocks(and parts to complete long block )

Forgot to add Trans brake is done .
currently switch is hand held .
2 step is activated with foot brake but may tie it into The trans brake button too so it’s just one step
