2015 Mustang GT, no issues until I recently changed both belts. May have turned the engine the wrong way a few times while fighting A/C stretch belt. On a cold start (or after sittinga few hours) the starter spins the engine but it takes 5-6 seconds before it fires, versus normally firing off right away. If I shut down and restart no issue. Also is running and driving fine after initial start.

I have an AC belt to put on soon also. Was it hard to do?

It sounds like it might be an unrelated battery issue? How old is the battery?

I think my problem came down too turning engine backwards and angering sensors. KAM reset and she's been back to normal.
Belt was a pain and I wish I had just bought the kit that adds a tensioner on that side. I have stretch belt install and removal tools but they proved useless in this situation (others experiences
may vary). There are a number of methods out there, Google and YouTube first to make a decision. I ended up sliding belt behind crank pulley with ribs facing forward. This gives you enough room to get over A/C pulley and walk onto the crank.
