Yesterday my car did not started suddenly and checked the battery and noticed positive terminal had extreme corrosion. In the cleaning process i tried to remove the positive cable and it torn. I Will change the battery.

Regarding the Cable , Do we need change entire battery cable or can fix at terminal end? Please suggest.

I would suggest that you change the cable. Corrosion like that will often extend further up the cable under the insulation. If you can clean the corrosion back far enough that you are in clean/solid wire and still have enough cable to reach the battery a new, quality cable end is an acceptable repair.

With that amount of corrosion I would be concerned about the presence of electrolyte around the terminal and the quality of the terminal once cleaned up - check both issues carefully ... :like:
