I bought these to put on my coyote with an H pipe like so many guys adore, but I ended up selling the car before I did anything with them.

One of the tips looks like it has a small ding in it, but if these are going on an S550 you will probably want to put new tips on it. Overall they seem like they are in decent shape, just had some miles.
