It seems to be quite a common problem across all recent models with the active exhaust

Mine had started to rub on the standard exhaust, so I took the opportunity to shorten both my H pipe and the original exhaust just a little to increase clearance in that area :

Not a bad idea shortening the lengths a hair. It’s definitely tight in the back.
