The current tires on this S550 are a Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 275/30-20 Front and 315/35-20 Rear.

Do they come in 19"?...can you use acorn style lugs?...can you do a square fitment?...what size are the tires?

Unfotunately these are only offered in 20 inch for the S550 Fitment. They can accept Acorn Style Lugs, You can run a square fitment 20x10 ET40 however may not sit as flush as the 2011 ET50 in the rear. Recommended tires sizes are a 275/30-20 Front and 295, 305 or 315/30-20 Rear.

Interesting design. They look rather space age to me.
