How do you show 1/256 and how do they count it? Serious question.
I have no idea how it was determined. I can thank my ancestors for documenting it. I know we have family trees going way back but I have no idea how it's verified and quantified. But I have official national Indian cards showing membership and blood quantum. Its kind of screwed up tho my wife is almost full blood but less benefits (huge tribe)....and i am basically normal white dude with great benefits (small tribe)...

I liked the way you phrased that, Tony. <grinning> The NWD is something I aspire to but rarely attain.

That IS a long time, Tom even taking The Germ into account. Any way to check on them?
I called today. They keep changing their story. I was told 2 months max, then I called today and now they are saying at least 3 months.

Gotta be The Germ, Tom. Our local government is still only moving at a snail's pace.

EarL: Thank you my dear friend although I think you may be stretching the truth.

But for sure, crazy I am.

Another small purchase but for $11 I had to try. Should keep remote safe and reasonably good looking and fits well. Genuine fake leather straight from china.

Had my car since late August and finally decided to mount the license plate today. Gave up waiting on my custom plate. Does that count as a mod?:crackup::crackup:

I wonder where my plates are? I ordered them 2 months ago....
Well....they did release the prisoners during COVID-19 so maybe not enough inmates still in to make them fast enough

I don't know. I have never seen them take this long.

Got my girl's shoes put back on today after finishing the ceramic binness on the calipers.

Took her for a test drive to break in the new PS brake pads and I immediately noticed a softer ride, Jaime. <smile> And fortunately, all seems to be well with the rear struts. I had a pretty good notion that they were undamaged as I had the two backup jack stands under the suspension and I had tested the struts by letting the lift down a little. Nothing moved so I was pretty sure that was much a do over nothing.

And, I wanted to send another shout out to Jaime again, (@Jmeo) for pointing me towards these ReverseLogic Lug Guide Tools...I dearly LOVE THEM.

And as for the brakes, I would have to agree completely with Mark's (@marklboris) report way back when he installed these same carbon-ceramic pads. They feel like they might have 97 percent of the OEM pads' stopping power, ifyouknowhatImeanVern. It's so slight it's nearly undetectable but I think he was correct, a wee bit less braking. Zero fade. I'll have to see about the dust reduction but I have every reason to believe that I'll be a happy camper.

Here are the way kewell lug guide tools...and boy do they ever solve THAT problem.

I like to disassemble things.
Waiting for a prototype to ship. Then verification along with any design changes....throw some COVID bullshit in for good measure and....dunno. They are in the queue though at least.
