Is the snake emblem rectangle/square area on top of the supercharger part of the casting or something stuck on the top? And will/can it come off easy? How is it attached? I sure this would be obvious if i just had my car.....
I do not know how it is attached to the supercharger cover, but I do know the supercharger cover itself is removable. I think the signed engine plaque is stuck in place, and I can only assume the Shelby logo plate is the same.

I would appear that since people are powdercoating them they must be just stuck on....

Those pieces are all metal and stuck to the aluminum case with something rubbery. If you push on them, they do move a bit.
Rumor is that they are that way for sound deadening.
Found out they were metal when my magnetic light stuck to them while fixing the heater hose issue.

i can't tell how thick it is or how hard it is to remove without fear of bending/warping it removing....I only ask as i have considered painting it or the SC top for some contrast, but I am on the fence on it..

I like to disassemble things.
It is chemically bonded. You have to be careful as you'll need to heat and pry...

Nothing major, but I had this plaque made for the radiator cover, or anywhere else I may wanna put it..... It may not show in the picture, but its a brushed aluminum piece.

this is awesome. Dumb question: I have my car, how do I know what my build date was?

It’s on your VVR, also shows as the “Blend date” on the top of your Window Sticker.

thank you
Mr Chairman is correct, and for me it also matches one of the dates on my door jam sticker. My window sticker blend date, VVR, and the date circled on my door jam sticker are all the same (11/13/2019).

Interesting to note that the CFTP door jamb sticker signifies (2) occupants total and the max load is nearly 1/2 of the base.

I never noticed the date on that sticker before.
Wonder what the last 4 digits mean? My last 4 = 7547
Doesn’t seem to relate to anything....

BTW: Looked at the sticker on my ‘09 GT500KR and the part number in the bottom right corner is the same. Hasn’t changed in over 10 years.

Did your CFTP come with the Camber Plates installed at the factory, or by the dealer?

Speaking of strut towers. I have been working for the past couple months with a really great guy, who makes custom strut tower covers. I was going to wait until they were 100% done, but the (hopefully) final test set is on its way to me, and the pictures are too good not to share.

This one was the first test fit.
