Has anyone attempted a 19x11 or 19x10 on the front?

I have 19x9.5 et 35 SVE drift on the front now, but hope to go 19x11 square soon With 305's to start.

Looks like typical 19x11 rear offset is 55.

fwiw, 18x11 +35 is what fits for me up front w/ plates, -3.5 camber and 315 a7/rival s. with a 305 on 19x11, i'd be more concerned about rim interference from the spring/perch (especially with aftermarket struts), due to the increased height. but if you try it, let me know - i'd really like to rock that setup for DD!

I have 20x10" and it is close in every direction. 19x11" will stick out an 1" with stock fenders. The GT350 has wider front fenders so they can get away with a 11" rim on their R model.
Actually it would stick out .5". If offset is unchanged, you would gain .5" on the inside and outside.

What setup are you running? Offset and camber info if you don't mind?

I have plates as well. I'm glad it was mentioned about the aftermarket. I might have forgot to keep that in mind. With - 3.0 to -3.5 in front camber I'm thinking I might be close to being able to swing it with maybe a 5mm spacer. With a 35 offset and 5mm spacer that would put the rim about a half inch closer to the strut, and the poke out .94 inches.

When I.get home tonight I'll measure how much strut clearance I have.

Need to find some reasonably priced 19x11's

i can barely fit a credit card between mine. space is space though! ;)

not sure if you'd consider this price reasonable, but you wouldn't have to wait the 2-3 months that custom wheels usually take to make - my 18x11s took 4 :(

rock 'em with set of these:

and these:

Wouldn't fit at all if the offset isn't changed there isn't a 1/2" to go on the inside so in fact it would stick out 1 inch.

I was definitely looking for something cheaper than the rotary forged stuff.

CCW's for next year, but cheapo this year.

why CCW? i hope not for weight.. a local ESP S197 guy just picked up a set of 18x11s w/ and at $2700+, wasn't too impressed when he found out they weighed more than mine!

Dang, burst my bubble.

Good to know. So why do people pay $800 a wheel for them ?

because they are a high quality , multi piece wheel that can take a beating, and polishing wheels is alot harder then painting over them.

Well, after measuring, I'm relatively enthused.

On the 19x9.5 SVE's 35 or 36et, I have about 18.5mm (0.75in) to the strut tower.

So for a 19x10, and at least a 305, if I can find one with a 42 offset, It should work in the front. Possibly a 45 would work, which there are reasonable RTR wheels at american muscle.

LOL. I calculated all of this with it set at Stock camber... It's raining now. I'll need to max the camber out and see how much room there is then.

So, yeah, with the camber maxed (-3.0 to -3.5 with the max motorsports plates) I lose 2mm, so with full camber, 16.5mm to the strut.

19x10 are available from HRE in the FF15's. They also have the 18x10.5's but require a spacer to clear the strut housing.
