I looked for this, but couldn't find it on the site. Procharger tech help was kind enough to pass it on. This is for the 18-current stage 2 (7.65" crank pulley)

3.55-3.9 - 645
4-4.13 - 653
4.25-4.5 655
4.63 - 660

Hopefully this helps someone in the future.

Thanks for the info! Never understood why there wasn't a belt/pulley size chart for the 18 and up, also a boost chart for the given pulley.

Belt/pulley chart is easy. Supercharger boost chart is harder as boost is related to restriction and altitude. Free flow mods like exhaust and head work lower boost levels. Every 1,000 feet in elevation gain loses about 3.5% of boost including atmospheric. If you were at 6PSI boost at sea level, you will only make about 4.5# at 2,000 feet above sea level.

They could at least have a basic chart of boost over their stock pulley of 9psi. So let's say I want to add 6lbs of boost roughly what pulley would I need, something like that.

I was sold a 4.38" pulley for 12# on a 2018. 10# is a 4.5". On a 4" now which is 14-15.

What did yours come with 4.63" or 4.75"? 4" or 3.87" should get you close either way if it was one of these.

You will need E85 & fuel system or Race gas to run that much boost though.

It has a 4.75 pulley on it now. With a mechanical boost gauge I saw 7.5psi at 7800ish, the car has lontubes and free flowing exhaust. I will be installing a fore fuel system and id1050 injectors at the same time, time to make some power

OP : well, you helped me! In my still on the shelf kit, I was shipped a 655 belt for my 2020 with 4.375" upper pulley. This is incorrect in my application since I have the direct bolt 8" lower pulley for ATI damper.. they're sending me a 660 which they say is correct for 8"/4.375".

Procharger also sent me the wrong belt for my 18+ stg 2 kit with 4.75 upper, had to go to the parts store, kept the belt cause I think it might fit with a 4.25 or around there pulley.

As reference, I am at 16-17 pounds with a 4”; however, I have a little bigger charger in a D1x.

My P1X with 4" pulley is about 15 for comparison.

Boost pressure is an arbitrary number.
