16GT New Noise. Is it the fan?

Hi - started my car after work this morning and there was a louder fan noise than normal. It goes away when the heating/cooling is turned off, it gets louder when the AC is on.

I found this video on another Mustang forum which I think closely resembles my issue. Does anyone have any idea what it may be and how to troubleshoot/fix?

There's 2 fans. One is for engine cooling and the other helps the first one when the HVAC is turned on if required due to extra cooling demands and to help the A/C condenser function properly.
