I updated from 3.0 to 3.4.20021 last March along with the NA 1 19 maps.

The thing I noticed with the 19 maps is there are a lot of speed limit errors compared to the NA 1 18 or NA 1 15 maps I had before.

I decided to up date to the latest 3.4.20282 version of Sync and used the new CyanLabs updater tool to down load the necessary files. It gave me the option of just down loading the system update or the system update and maps. I did just the system update. The install went without a hitch.

After it was complete it dawned on me, even though they are still NA 1 19 maps could they have had a minor update that corrected the speed limit errors.

My question is does anyone know if the 19 map files have changed from March of last year and now?

No, map files do not change. Just keep it below 90 and you’ll be just fine. :giggle:

was thinking about doing this today. Clicked on the Cyanlabs link on page 1 and found this. Looks like it is no longer available?

Interesting as the older 3.0 updated is active. Maybe they are doing updates. Maybe shot them an e-mail.

The current version is 3.4.20351 for North America. Just put on mine about 10 minutes ago. Check out Cyan website for further details.

Really? I just updated my Sync 3.4 recently, and I think it was version ending in 282, but not sure. I thought Ford made Sync updates every year, if at all. Will check Ford's website for that version, but I bet it'll say I'm up to date. What did it change???

That is not needed for doing sync updates. You really should read up on this before attempting any updates to your sync software. Cyanlabs is a good start but also this forum.
