The stock engine and P1SC has really performed beyond expectation and has ran a best of 9.01 at 150. With the engine at capacity, it's time to move to a more robust setup and turn it up a bit. Still on e85, tuned by PBD and fully representing the Procharger fam!. New combo is as follows.

Shortblock:
Sleeved Predator block (2020 Gt500) 3.700 bore
Boss crank, double keyed
Molnar power adder rods
Manley pistons w/pin upgrade
Main and head studs
Ford Racing billet OPG
MMR crank sprocket
12:1 CR

Induction:
Gen 2 heads, CNC ported
Ferrea valves
PAC springs and titanium retainers
Comp stage 2 blower cams
Ported 18 intake
Procharger D1x, later changed to f1a94

Exhaust:
2in ARH headers
3in MBRP race

Drivetrain:
Built 6r80
Circle D converter
Dss axles
Gforce driveshaft

First up, out with the old!!!

Ok folks, I got back on the dyno so PBD could dial in the id1700s with HPtuners. Same 4.38 pulley, car made 1273hp. Thats the good.... The bad is that the trans, driveshaft and diff all took a shit.... On the 1273 pull, a second after he let out BAM. Trans case split, driveshaft broke and front ears on diff broke off.

Its possible that we exceeded the critical speed of the driveshaft causing the rear ujoint to fail. Upon the u joint failing, decell after letting off makes the pinion move downward as the drum is now driving the wheels. The pinion movement coupled with the vibration of the ujoint failure led to what you see above. Glad it didn't happen at the track...

:shock::curse:

Congrats on these numbers! An f1a94 dialed in making nearly 1300whp without dropping the pulley. Amazing.

Also congrats on eliminating the weak points...Sorry for the headache and lost dollars. I know this build will be back with a vengeance.

As you know (but will explain for all), car is somewhat back together. I was able to source a 6r80 from my pal @supared , and an iron 355 diff another pal found on FB. BA Motorsports installed the new trans with my stock converter, stock drive shaft and new 355 diff.

Got new shit ready for action. New DS, clutches and billet planetary. Will reuse TCS intermediate shaft and my circle D converter.

We disassembled the trans and there were NO broken internal parts.... But the new oem forward planetary we installed just a few months ago was about to fail. This had 1k miles and maybe 10 passes on it.... 800whp and up, just go ahead and get the billet piece.

Them F1a-94’s are bad ass, never seen so much destruction from one pull. You gonna build the trans yourself or send it out?
