16 avalanche gray in boise idaho for sale

my friend who works at a dealership sent me these pictures, this car is used and has 5k miles but what has me confused is the "build sheet" when the car was ordered.

it says technology package at over 9k? wasn't the tech package on 2015's? and wasn't avalanche gray not an option in 2015?

currently the only packages are convenience or electronics. whoever bought this car brand new got ripped the F off!

That is a canadian window sticker, says it right on it. Tech pack was for 2015 and 2016 and not desirable to many

Im sure you can if it is used if it has all US emissions (which it does). You can also get the digital speeder to read out in MPH or KPH, the analog speeder already has both
