Free lessons here lol. I would definitely look at getting a beater, something that just runs that she can practice on and get rid of when you don't need it anymore. I've got a few friends whose wives wanted to drive the fun car a lot more often after they got the hang of it. One basically made the Miata hers .Yesterday, my wife and I came out to run errands after I just washed it and she said "your car still looks brand new, its beautiful!".
We both like the Deep Impact Blue better than the Royal Crimson and I like the the front End of the 15 much better than 18 still.
The 10-speed is really, really nice but just not worth the bad financial move so my wife can drive it.
We also found a manual trans driving class not far away and we may look into a beater to practice on for under $500
I'm happy I didn't have to get rid of her and you guys all had a lot of good points/advice.
Thanks again
Best advice on this thread!Happy wife = happy life.
1) If the boss isn't comfortable with manual transmission, and 2) the numbers regarding the trade and/or new purchase make sense to you... Then it's time to pull the trigger and hope your '18 gets in the order bank in time.
Edit:
And threads like this CLICK HERE don't make the A10 sound bad at all... once paired with the 3.55 rear.

How is it stupid have you read the other threads on here!Good. Trading in a 15-17 for an 18 is a stupid decision. Pay the loan off and see what Ford has to offer on the 2021 Mustangs.
It's stupid IF it puts you upside down on the 15-17. If you wind up having basically the same monthly payment, it's not stupid at all. That's my opinion, at least. :cheers:How is it stupid have you read the other threads on here!
It's stupid financially if you extend your debt another 3-4 years. If you are at 0% financing it's perfectly fine. If you don't increase your debt in any way, go nuts. Even having the same payment means that you are paying that much more in interest for however long you extended your loan. It's stupid IF it puts you upside down on the 15-17.
