15 Mustang Vert Base to PP

I'm trying to sell my PP springs and dampers to a friend and he's on the fence about it. He has a 15 convertible non-PP and he's worried the ride will be too harsh. I think he will be on his way to a better ride. Your thoughts?

Also I have the Steeda fixed rear dampers, would they work with the PP springs on this vert?
