According to the website:
"Fits 2011-2021 Mustang GT with manual transmission and 2012-2013 Mustang BOSS 302
Fits 2015-2021 Mustang GT with manual transmission and with modifications including but not limited to-hood clearancing (modification to stock hood), and/or aftermarket hood"

I don't know what would limit the intake to only manual mustangs but the description doesn't mention any others. The specifications lists all the year mustangs listed above but doesn't mention transmission.

I'm 99% positive it fits Mustangs with auto.

To make it "fit", you need to take off the thermal barrier and notch the rear of the inner hood. There are several write up on it.

There is a really awesome series in Hot Rod magazine where they dyno'ed all the intakes, added cams, and ported manifolds. Definitely would recommend reading it even if you don't plan on using cams.
